“Visited in focus Eyecare center for some glasses & contacts. The staff were very nice & helpful. They had a great selection of glasses. Only downside was I had to pay extra for my contact exam, but they had made me aware of that before proceeding.“

Small location but they had a plethora of choices and I ended up getting eyeglasses here. The receptionist, forget her name, was helpful & friendly, and the system to notify me when my glasses were ready was convenient. Would come back again. I’m enjoying my new frames.“

“Warby is my go-to for all things optical. I've been buying glasses from them since 2016 (when I used to have to go to Austin or order online). I was so happy when they opened the La Cantera location! Now I didn't have to plan a day trip to buy glasses! Their frames and lenses are quality and the customer service is always spot on and friendly! You can browse as much as you'd like and try every single frame on with no muss or fuss. Staff is super helpful and won't hound you (very important to me) every five seconds, but they're available should you need them. Warby will always be my first choice for eyewear needs!“

Staff was extremely kind and explained everything to me with no hesitation. The Doctor was wonderful, made me feel welcome and was so kind and patient as I was trying to read the letters. “Disclaimer, I have actually never had an appointment here. But I rate this place 5 stars for Debbie (the associate working the phone and presumably the front desk). I was in need for a prescription short notice and gave a call. Debbie notified me that an optometrist was unavailable for the day. I just assumed that that was that and I was going to move on. But instead, to my surprise, Debbie actually took the time to contact multiple local optometry clinics for me. She even went to the extent of calling clinics to ensure an appointment was available. AMAZING customer service that I had to write a review just for that. She genuinely cares for her patients, and this truly shows her honest character to help others.“

“My husband broke his glasses while we were visiting San Antonio. This was the closest shop. The staff member was cordial on the phone. When we arrived, she was very professional, cheerful and upbeat. She figured out the least expensive way to repair the glasses was to buy another frame and "cannibalize" it for parts. It took about 20 minutes and she was very creative in solving the problems. What could have cost hundreds of $ was less than $100. And when our regular shop replaces the defective frames that broke, my husband has a back-up set of frames. Sweet!“

She is extremely knowledgeable, very easy to talk to and never complains that you are taking too much time. Very family oriented and her husband and staff are always helpful and friendly! I'll definitely continue to have Dr. Palamino as my eye doctor!“
