Highly recommend!He was very kind, quick to answer questions, worked fast, and the results speak for themselves!My computer crashed and gave me the blue screen of death, (make sure you always back up your files by the way). And, alas, it did need a factory reset, but in the end, what is a factory reset compared to loss of your computer? Nothing. It turns on it works just like normal, and he even gave me advice on how to get it running faster (needs an SSD)I would say, DTM Tech Solutions is absolutely reliable, he will get your computer up and running again.Again, I highly recommend.

Quick response, excellent service, professional and patient ( for a novice like me). Dan talked me through some troubleshooting first and that was extremely helpful. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
