“Dr. Velez and his staff are absolutely amazing! My son has special needs and has always been very difficult during dental visits. Previously, we could not even get a cleaning done without tantrums and resistance. We would have to put him under general anesthesia for any dental procedures he needed done. He had a cavity that we could visibly see needed to be filled as well as another that was found via X-ray. We switched to Dr. Velez this year and he suggested to try to get the procedure done in office. My husband and I were very nervous but we wanted to see if our son would cooperate. Well for the very first time ever, my son had his procedure in office and all went well. Dr. Velez and his assistant were awesome! They were patient, gentle and very understanding of my son’s needs. I was given all the information on what needed to be done and all my questions were answered. Overall, I’m very happy with the care my son has received.
