I would NEVER do business at David J. Mlcak. Sylvia is very unprofessional. She accomplished upsetting my mother with her rude, unnecessary remarks and then had the nerve to throw the paperwork at my mother. My parents have done business here for 20+ years and the nerve this women has is quite shocking. She is beyond lucky that I was not present during their meeting. I am extremely disgusted at the way this woman carries herself in a professional setting. It's pretty sad that Sylvia is giving this business a bad reputation. I just hope that this review opens her eyes and I hope that God touches her heart in a way that is undeniable and changes her salty attitude.

Sylvia mlcak is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. For years her aggressive bulldog demeanor has created such a hostile environment that I have avoided any contact with her by sending my husband in to deal with her. For years I have tried to convince him that she has not had our best interest at heart and every year she has done less and less to represent an honest attempt to serve us, her paying customers. Today I made the mistake of being in a good enough mood to attempt to pick up my tax return only to be treated ruder than I have ever been treated in my life. I cannot even begin to say how disappointed I have been over at least the last ten years of doing business here. The problem: Sylvia mlcak. I have been trying for years to get my husband to change companies but some people are just creatures of habit no matter how bad the service is. The unprofessional and unconfidentual misrepresentation of this company has repeatedly proven unsatisfactory.
