This has truly been unbelievable. I Took a velvet purse in to have the handles dry cleaned. They washed it and totally ruined it. Shrunk the item totally fabric color bled. Took to the schulenburg location. The owner had me take the purse back in to determine if she ruined and continued cleaning without permission. Says she will give 300.00 in store credit. Like I would bring more clothes in? Then says I need to go to Columbus location after I told her I was never using this cleaners again and wanted to be reimbursed.
