Clients praise the staff's helpfulness, understanding, and patience, particularly commending Dr. F and Dr. Castaneda for their thorough, caring approach. The temporary building has not impacted the great service, with clients reporting the same excellent care for their "fur babies." Westridge Pet Hospital & Wellness Center is highly recommended for its exceptional veterinary expertise and dedication to the well-being of every patient.
Dr. Castaneda is really the best. She is so thorough, non-judgemental, and patient. We have an american bully who has never hurt anyone but gets nervous during vet visits. Dr. C takes her time with him and makes us all feel safe during our visits! She is also very cost conscious and considers lifestyle modifications/ alternatives first. We have struggled finding a vet office that is comfortable with our dog, cost effective, and trustworthy. We feel like we found that here. All the techs are also awesome and great with our doggie too!
I am so pleased with the help I’ve received at Westridge. I have a dog that has been seen by numerous vets and Dr F has been so helpful, understanding, compassionate, patient and has spent SO much time going over my dogs case on his first visit. I feel very heard and confident in the care here. I would highly recommend!
We had our first visit here this week and Dr C was fantastic! The whole staff was super nice and helpful. We just did the annual check up and titer testing. They took a lot of time to talk afterwards and didn’t push anything onto us! I’m happy to have found a vet that thinks like me. I’m very much on the holistic side now and I’m happy to have you a vet that does titer testing and has thimerosal free rabies vaccine! Love them
