It has definitely changed alot over the years since it was opened & of course since covid. I like that you scan your military ID at the kiosk at the front entrance & it gives you a ticket depending on why you're there. Most of the staff is friendly, not sure why some are always in bad moods or grumpy. It's sorta hit or miss with the staff that are non military. Love the new drive thru for the pharmacy just wished the hours were longer & they should give out the real phone number to this facility & not the CAMO appt line that they have listed. When you call they can never help with what you need because they are not located at this facility.

I would like to commend and thank provider D. Stephenson. We haven't had a provider assigned to us in forever. I have been seen by provider Stephenson since the provider assigned to us left so long ago. Provider Stephenson is the best! She is very thorough, compassionate, patience and cares about her patients. I wish, we can be moved under her. Despite being very busy, she is always very friendly kind and professional. I would like to Thank all staff members for the outstanding care received all of at least 10yrs.Unfortunately I am being "aged out" because I will be turn I ng 65. Otherwise I would continue at this Special clinic because of the special personnel. Thank you
