Everyone that works at this location is incredibly sweet and helpful. Dr Jardan and Mrs Lopez are the best and are so personable, nice and attentive. I always feel like they are listening to my concerns. Recently I had an issue with my daughters insurance and Adriana in the front did everything to get it straightened out without issue. Very appreciative to have this office and employees.
I love Dr Trevino!!!!! She is wonderful with my son. I'm a FTM and so far no complaints. The Schertz location is near me, so going to the apts are painless. I did notice some comments/review concerning the office not answering the phone, but I feel like if you have the direct line verses the call center line, it is much easier. My son is about to hit 18mo, we've made it this far!
I need a doctors note for my work and I’ve been on the phone for an hour already the lady finally answered and it’s the central line and put me on hold then the call dropped. I just need a doctors note. Doctors are wonderful, front desk need a little more training in customer service and maybe not seem so miserable.
