This clinic was such a breath of fresh air after the stressful experiences I’ve had over the last few days trying to get my son seen for an injury. The entire process, from scheduling with the call center to checking in with the front desk staff to our visit with the provider, was seamless. Everyone was so incredibly kind, compassionate, and easy to work with. I cannot recommend this practice enough!
Took my daughter Olivia for her first appointment and we saw Dr Rosa Rodriguez in the Schertz office. We love her! We live in San Antonio not even 10 mins away from the Medical Center office but Dr Rodriguez is so great I would rather make the drive to Schertz!! Dr Rodriguez was so great on explaining things and so attentive to my questions and concerns. Also, the front desk staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Rodriguez!
A-Z Pediatrics was amazing with our 2 month old NICU baby and made us feel very comfortable. They were even understanding about our desire to postpone his vaccines. Office staff was very kind as well. We look forward to our next check up
