“NBU sent me a text last night saying they had detected a nonstop water usage of 0.2 gallons per hour at our house for the previous two days. I checked every appliance, sink, and toilet for pooling water, along with the walls, carpets, and irrigation lines in the yard, but couldn’t find anything. At that point, it was definitely outside my scope of abilities.
I was able to book an appointment with Monkey Wrench Plumbing for this afternoon, and Jackson and Paul came out. After I explained the situation and showed them around, they identified a few pinhole leaks in the gate valve on the house side of the water meter.
They gave me what I felt was a fair quote and said the repair would take a few hours. True to their word, the problem was exactly what they diagnosed, and they had everything fixed in less than three hours.
Jackson and Paul were a solid group of dudes—fair price, accurate diagnosis, and the repair was completed exactly as they said it would be. I’d absolutely recommend Monkey Wrench Plumbing.”
“Austin was professional and took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. When he located the problem he explained how the leak happened as well as the fix.”
