I went to for a consultation to get my hair cut and highlighted with Karen. Karen was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and asked the right questions to understand what I wanted done. I highly recommend Karen if you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair.
I will start this review by saying, I had a bad experience here at this location with store manager IDA and associate Dominick. They alone give this store a bad reputation and image. But after that issue I had, I got the chance to speak to Corral the operations manager and she alone turned my experience 180 degrees. She was so professional, understanding, helpful and friendly. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty and took care of me. I can tell she loves her job and these are the type of people that make the brand have a good reputation and image.
