“The haircuts were great, the vibe was not. This was my first time taking my kids to great clips. Longer wait but the stylists were working through the list so we are patient and happy. My youngest son went first, April did a great job! My oldest son went next, April did another great job! She is genuinely so patient and kind. Unfortunately towards the end of our time at the salon, a man came in and absolutely ruined the vibe. I don't even know where he came from, he beelined to the back of the salon from the outside. Owner? Manager? A few minutes later, we could hear him screaming at one of the stylists.
From the waiting area my children and I heard every word. There was not a hint of professionalism spewing from this man as he exploded and verbally berated someone in the back of the salon. I was very uncomfortable, my kids were worried. April was professional, wonderful and patient the entire time and my boys left confident with their new haircuts regardless of the environment that was created for us at the end of our time with April.
April was 10/10.
