On March 25th, 2025 at approximately 7:30 p.m. . I spoke with Naomi. I told her I was old school and not knowledgeable about technology. I needed help sending documents to my attorney. The HP app was not working properly so she told me it could be downloaded in pictures and sent. During our conversation, I felt she was impatient, and became frustrated when I was asking questions and telling her what I needed. I make my living by communicating clearly with my clients. Best $ I've ever spent!
Had difficulties with computer and android , contacted one support and was fortunate to have Foster answer. She was excellent in assisting with my issues on both computer and my android phone. She ws able to rectify problems and provide assistance with attacks on my phone attempting to scam me. Another employee over the weekend advised they could not do anything for me on my phone.
