Had difficulties with computer and android , contacted one support and was fortunate to have Foster answer. She was excellent in assisting with my issues on both computer and my android phone. She ws able to rectify problems and provide assistance with attacks on my phone attempting to scam me. Another employee over the weekend advised they could not do anything for me on my phone. Better than other call centers I've worked for. I've been able to meet some of my closest friends here. But like most corporations they have some things being stuck in the mud and doesn't seem to be quick in fixing. If you find a great team, they help make the work easier.
