We had an amazing experience with Dr. Salazar. Maddie & Alex and the receptionist!!! Maddie had so much patience with my daughter. Dr. Salazar explained everything in such detail amd Alex made sure we knew all we needed to for our purchase. Definitely recommend!

My husband bought glasses here two years ago. Over the past year they have become hazy. He finally found the time to go in and ask about why this might be happening and what he could do to resolve it. It was noted by the staff that they indeed seemed to have a hazy surface. There were no other customers in at the time on a Saturday afternoon. However, the staff member was impatient and appeared to be frustrated and stressed with the questions asked. They were sharp and clearly agitated. I feel that the customer should receive more understanding and that the office should be more receptive to feedback which could be helpful regarding their products. I wear glasses...read full review

When I first made my appointment the people were patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. During appointment they explained everything from equipment to processes and even explained the retinal photo and explained the anatomy which was very informative. When getting my glasses they explained packages and pricing well and while I had to wait 2 weeks for my glasses they were incredible. Upon pickup I even got a hard lens case and a complimentary spray and micro cloth on pickup. Definitely recommend!
