I understand towing services can be very predatory and leave people with a bad taste in their mouth, HOWEVER, Juan from JJs towing service was the complete opposite. Juan was very accommodating, super speedy and reliable when I needed my car towed from the side of the highway ASAP!! He truly went above and beyond for me. Can’t recommend them enough.
Had very good service. The tow cost about $250 for a tow plus overnight storage fee. Juan was amazing took good care was able to push the car out to the parking lot where we put a spare on and drive to a tire shop. Had really good customer service and made sure we were okay 10/10
Unfortunately got towed by the municipality.
Truth be told, Juan is a consummate professional who took very great care of an old and fragile Toyota. Super flexible and very professional. I promised him a good review the other day because he’s definitely earned it. Very reasonable and cheap towing service. Juan’s professionalism was so immaculate that it helped me to overcome my temporary setbacks from that day.
