Thank you Sean for being so kind and understanding, even in the middle of the night! Called around 1 am or so because I thought I needed a tow because my shifting knob was stuck in park. Dispatcher was very nice and Sean called me back promptly to get my location and the details of the situation. Sean showed up within 30 minutes and checked it out, turns out I didn't need a tow after all, and he was extremely kind about the entire situation, even though I felt silly and bad that I called them out in the middle of the night and didn't need to after all!I had already called several locations around san marcos before calling them, and NONE of them had a driver available...read full review
An unexpected tow ….This is the place to call if you need a tow!Very friendly….like customer service second to none! They were able to hold my truck in the yard and then recommend a shop for the repair. This is a huge plus since I am visiting from out of town.It’s college move in and had a trailer, so they were able to take care of that as well.I highly recommend Southwest Towing!Thanks Larry!!
Middle of the night, ~1:00am, Thursday, 24 March, 2022. Called SW Towing. Said I was in a predicament & needed a tow truck. Dispatcher contacted a driver who contacted me. Driver said where he was and approximate time he'd arrive at my location. Arrived on time. Assessed the situation. Worked quickly and efficiently to extricate my vehicle from construction trench.
