Bartlett’s always does a really great job with our trees. The crew was friendly and professional, answered all my questions and did a great job cleaning up after they finished. Joe Harris is always ready to come over and consult, answer questions and make recommendations to keep our trees looking really healthy. I highly recommend Bartlett’s tree services.

Leah did a great job understanding what I needed done and answering all my questions. Austin and his crew did a fantastic job on trimming day! He walked the property and talked with me to make sure he understood what needed done. Halfway through he asked me to check out what they had done to that point and did that again at the end of the job. The whole group was very professional.

It started with an immediate response to my query. Jeffery Hartman, their arborist, was here at the agreed to time and thoroughly investigated and explained the options with dealing with oak roots near the foundation as well as glooming CC alternatives for our other trees. His proposal was on target and on time. The very professional, knowledgeable, and polite crew also arrived on time. Jeremy and Mike could not have been nicer or more professional. They took the time to understand the issues and explain what they were doing and why. They made sure we were satisfied at every step of the way.
