BEWARE!!!!!! Manny Garcia, owner of Titan Service and Spartan Service, is a scam artist! He took over $9,500 of my money and never finished the work. I contracted him to remodel my master bath and replace flooring in hallway. We later added a few things to the second bath like change out countertop, move doorway, and paint cabinets. He told me this all would take 2-3 weeks. The first two weeks were great! We had a few delays with week 3-4 with him needing tile and flooring. Apparently it’s hard to find these things in Corpus or Austin (where he also went looking).
