We don't use dry cleaning often, however when we do we come back to Young's Cleaners and Alterations. I was hesitant to after a few years, because of the reviews I saw recently. They never did us wrong yet, we keep coming back whenever we need things dry cleaned.
This lady knows what she’s doing, she can be a little snappy sometimes but she doesn’t mean it like that. She’s always done a great job with my work uniforms. They even retain their creases after a few washes! I recommend her services, just be prepared for her to read your mind and tell you that she knows what you need.
Took my bridesmaid dress to get hemmed. I was charged $61. I picked it up, and it had a big stain on it including other small random stains. I had this dress hanging in my closet the whole time with a cover on it, and this lady claims it wasn’t her. I know the stains were caused there. Now I have to try and remove the stains before my sisters wedding in a couple of hours and I’m her maid of honor😭.
