After my Dr. retired I chose Dr. Ramos Gonzales I’ve been so happy with every visit as far as explanation of everything and her responsiveness to all my questions and concerns now the wait time really isn’t in our hands and it happens with every Dr officeI love the staff (Lab,Sonogram,nurse,receptionist)

Dr. Troy is a great person to be seen by he is very attentive and gets things done with a quickness without you feeling rushed. On the flip side the staff could use some customer service training especially when calling in on the phone. Tone of voice is everything when a person can’t see you, I should not be placed on hold without warning, and if you don’t know for certain an answer ask a colleague instead of assuming.

I’m a new patient of Dr. Elisa Carroll’s, and I am pleased to say it was a very pleasant and professional first encounter! She is very warm, and welcoming, which puts any anxiety you might have at rest. She thoroughly explained everything she was going to do in her exam prior to doing it, and ensured my privacy at all times (as much as possible for a PAP smear, lol; which was quick and painless I might add!).
