“Great experience! Collin was helpful and informative regarding regarding which services I should do depending on my workouts. I did the infrared sauna first and then a cryo session. It was my first cryo session and Collin made it comfortable. I did a heavy lift before coming, the day after my muscles weren’t as sore as they normally are. I will definitely be coming back for more services!Edit: Came in for my regular session and also tried the NormaTec compression. I tried both the full leg compression as well the core to thigh compression, absolutely loved how my sore muscles felt afterwards. I recommend these for any long distance runners or for sore core and hip flexors.“
