The check-in process at the scale house is straightforward, and the facility is usually busy, especially with other WM trucks, but parking and maneuvering are manageable. The loading process can take about an hour and a half, with a typical arrival time after gate opening at 6:30. Overall, WM - San Antonio Recycling Facility remains a reputable and dependable option for waste management and recycling needs.
Came to get live loaded and showed up around 0700. Very busy with other WM trucks because they had just opened but checking in was still fast , and more than enough room to maneuver. Loading took about an hour and a half.
Gate open at 6:30, don’t come early unless you wanna park in the middle of the road.

Check-in at the scale house, then pull up onto the scale. They will tell you which door to go to after they have all of your information.
Easy process, in and out in 2 hours.
I use Waste Management for two dumpsters at my businesses and have been very happy with their service and support. My account rep has been very helpful along the way as we made adjustments to find the correct dumpster size and schedule extra pickups as needed. The driver has also been helpful in making sure the dumpster is positioned correctly and that the lock-bar was replaced to keep everything secure. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Waste Management.
