WM - San Antonio Hauling is a comprehensive waste management and environmental services company founded in 1968. They provide a range of services, including dumpster rental, curbside trash pickup, and recycling collection, to meet the needs of residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Customers have generally had positive experiences with WM, noting the reliable service and helpful phone representatives who follow through on requests. The drivers are described as polite and kind, often going above and beyond to protect others’ property while ensuring that neighborhoods remain clean. Many appreciate that the drivers take their time and show care in their work, creating a friendly atmosphere.
However, some frustrations have arisen regarding the billing process and certain operational issues. Customers have mentioned challenges with the inability to make partial payments or pay online without additional fees. Additionally, there have been recurring concerns about the pickup crew consistently leaving trash and recycling bins in inconvenient locations, such as the middle of driveways. This issue has been brought to management's attention, and customers are hopeful for a simple adjustment to improve their day-to-day routine.
Despite these challenges, WM is recognized as a positive company that delivers reliable waste management services while focusing on sustainability and progress in the industry.
i Have to give them 5 stars not only because they did a great job...but on the pick up before mine they picked up a bee hive with the previous refuse and were fighting bees as they picked up my stuff! I went out there with a hose to spray the bees but to no avail. Good men, completed the job UNDER EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES!
The drivers are always polite and kind. It’s common place to see them going above and beyond to protect others’ property while doing an excellent job at keeping my neighborhood clean. I appreciate that they aren’t rushed in their job and the care displayed feels like they live down the street.
For what I pay, it works out to be about $4 per visit. I think that is fair especially when I include bulk pick-up which is once per month weather I need it or not. House and garage stays free of clutter.
