I have had the best experience with Westlake. everyone there is very very professional and sweet!! Dr. Rottluff is amazing, kind, and easy to talk to. Her medical assistants, Misha and Naha and well as her PA-Caroline are beyond the sweetest girls you can talk to. they are very responsive and are quick to figuring out answers.

As a first time patient, I felt so nervous walking in. The staff made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Rottluff, Caroline, Helenea and Summer were very sweet, knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns. I will definitely be back.

I started coming here after a bad reaction to another treatment somewhere else for my rosacea. When I say they were a god send. They were. Dr. Rottluff was amazing. She discussed what was happening with my face, tackled the problem, then continued to take care of my face. I was scared I was going to graduate college with super red face and I just felt ugly. But she even sat there because she knew I was also self pay and found me best priced places to get prescriptions she prescribed. Within a couple of days my redness was gone the allergic reaction was handled and anytime I had questions she urged to call as if it was the most common thing in the world and never a problem....read full review
