If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst healthcare experience I’ve ever had.
I spent two full days trying to get clarity on a false‑positive TB test, and the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy at this clinic was unbelievable.
DAY 1:
I called ahead asking for guidance on whether I needed a chest X‑ray and how to correctly complete the TB clearance process. The receptionist sounded annoyed from the start, gave me no real information, and told me to “just read the website.” She made it seem like all I needed was a form signed in‑clinic.

my friend had a terrible experience here your staff had to stab her arm so many times to draw her blood that she almost passed out. Y’all should at least have a cart of snack, snacks, and drinks for the people who are gonna pass out instead of making them go get them from the vending machine she almost blacked out and she has never done that before and never had a fear of needles .

I’ve had great experiences as a student here for 3 years, everyone is very friendly, and I have had caring and attentive service, and making appointments is easy and without hassle! Baikal K. and Adela and others have been wonderful, I highly recommend going here, esp. as a student
