Most inhumane clinic ever! For being part of the UT Health SA system where nurses and doctors get their training. This clinic does not adhere to the hippocratic oath! As a member of the UT health system, I am ashamed of them. No compassion at all. How can this be allowed to exist?

In the four years I have been to this university this clinic has been a waste of our money . They never have appointments and are always empty. Everytime I genuinely need help they sent available I am also a student without a car so it’s difficult to receive help . Both times I’ve been turned away a and sent home EXTREMELY SICK

I only gave a one star because there is no option for 0. Staff is very unprofessional and not friendly. If you need to be seen and it's an emergency please do not go there. They'll tell you they are booked and nobody is in the waiting room. They want you to schedule an appointment and they can see you in about 2 days. This has happened to me twice. I got very sick during my work hrs. They do not care if you are a student or employee
they will not see you if you walk in. Even if you're dying they won't see you. Both times I decided to go to Texas Med Clinic. They saw me immediately and were very friendly and professional. It's unfortunate that they treat staff and...read full review
