WellMed has a great establishment with attentive and respectful staff, and the doctors are caring and knowledgeable. Patients feel at ease and happy when visiting this clinic, where everyone is really great. The staff is friendly, explaining everything and making patients feel comfortable. The staff is very professional very kind extremely good bedside manners that my doctor is extremely kind 20 years bedside manners excellent and I love her personally. I would recommend WellMed to anyone that's looking for a medical family and a good family doctor.
This Wellmed is truly a friendly & wonderful place...as soon as you walk in, the receptionists look up and greet you with a smile...the nurses are patient & nice...Dr.Saenz is soo warm & sweet and listens to my concerns...she explains everything, in detail, to make me feel like she really cares...most doctors talk at you ,but not.. to you.. I'm so happy to have found this in a doctor's office where one can feel safe, relaxed and comfortable... recommend this Wellmed for anyone & everyone 😍
I have been a patient at this office for five years and have had no problems with the staff at all, quite the opposite. Every time I go for an appointment, I am warmly greeted by the courteous and helpful office staff. Dr. Saloum, PA Nguyen, Natalie, Sonia, and JoAnn are just a few individuals that have been super helpful and supportive concerning my medical care. I am so glad I found this location; this is the first doctor's office that I feel at ease around.
