The staff is awesome and helpful. The receptionist was very nice. The nurses were very nice and friendly. The overall experience was very nice and made patients feel comfortable. Patients were in and out in 30 minutes. The staff has an amazing bedside manner. They consistently surpass expectations. The convenience of scheduling a same-day visit online, combined with having prescriptions delivered immediately, is truly unheard of and amazing. Highly recommend.

Took my asthmatic daughter today, staff at location were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Provider Mrs.Garcia is extremely thorough and efficient. All Urgent care staff from front desk clerks, to the nursing staff and conveniently adjacent pharmacy are both knowledgeable and helpful. Abundance of appreciation to the NP Garcia, Nurse Damaris, MA’s Christopher, Ivy and pharmacy technician Bobby for helping my 12 year old get taken care of in a timely manner with all appropriate interventions. Today was my 2nd visit there. I wasn’t feeling well at all. There was no wait time. The staff were very attentive and I really felt the Dr. made sure I went home with the right medications. Thank you, Dr. Anchalee Garcia. I recommend this place.

Took my son to Wheatley ExpressMed for the first time and had a fantastic experience. All the staff was awesome and helpful. A special shoutout to Chris he was absolutely fantastic!
