University Health Southwest provides primary care for adults and children, along with women’s health, behavioral health and diabetes education services for families on San Antonio’s Southwest Side. The clinic offers on-site lab testing, radiology services and a full-service pharmacy with walk-in vaccinations. Patients receive excellent service from the time they walk through the doors. Nurse Practitioner Jomol Puthen is straight to the point, takes care of patients, and makes them feel comfortable, with jokes too. Dr. Ibiyinka Ladapo is consistently outstanding, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She is patient, kind, thorough, and has great people skills. Dr. L takes time to answer questions and make recommendations. Health has improved tremendously under her care. She is intelligent, understanding, and adaptive with attention to detail and the best bedside manners.
Dr Ladapo is an amazing Dr and person!! I never listen to Drs but Dr Ladapo has such a great personality and wonderful smile and showed deep concern for my health and now I'm so healthy and I'm always seeing positive results when I see her!! She's definitely been a gift from God. And when I do good she makes me feel so great about myself!! I always look forward to coming to see her and find out how great I'm doing each time!! I will continue to see Dr Ladapo!! She's simply the best!!
I see Dr. Ibiyanka Ladapo. Amazing woman. Only issue I have would be that Google and their phone system recording both say that the clinic is open at 7A.M., but even if you call past 7, going to 8A.M., the system tells you that the clinic opens at 7 and to call back during regular business hours. Please get this fixed, guys.
If I could rate PCP Dr Ibiyanka Ladapo higher than I five star I would she has helped me in many many ways and takes her job very serious! I’ve been with her for going on two years LOVEE LOVEE LOVEE her and I’m super grateful for her!
