I don’t usually shop at Ulta, but I recently found out that they do happy returns. I stopped by on April 19th around 2:45 PM with a return. I always get embarrassed returning stuff and it was maybe over 10 items. They ran into a couple of issues, but it was due to me submitting a second return that affected the first return. They had to start over with the return and the whole time they were being nice about it and telling me that it’s okay. cannot say enough amazing things about Nasrin!! Her attention to detail, skill, and passion for what she does really shine through in her work. Not only did I leave loving my hair, but I also felt more confident and refreshed. On top of that, she creates such a warm and welcoming environment—it honestly feels like catching up with a friend.
If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her clients and consistently delivers beautiful results, Nasrin is your girl. I’m so grateful I found her!
Bianca did a fantastic job on my hair. I absolutely adore it, I'm definitely going to have her do it again. She was really understanding and super helpful.
The minor issue: Bianca's assistant accidentally hit my head with the blow dryer. Her assistant was just blowing my hair before Bianca styled it and finished up my hair.
