My mother, who is almost 86 years old, has been going to Nasrin for about three years. Nasrin is the most caring and talented person who has ever styled my mother's hair. The old salon team is always so sweet and always greet my mother by her name. I couldn't ask for more wonderful people helping to make my mom feel special and looking so beautiful!
The hairstylist Nasrin ALWAYS ALWAYS get me right she’s literally a magician with my hair.If your gonna get your hair done here I would 100% recommend asking for her everytime!!
I don’t usually shop at Ulta, but I recently found out that they do happy returns. I stopped by on April 19th around 2:45 PM with a return. I always get embarrassed returning stuff and it was maybe over 10 items. They ran into a couple of issues, but it was due to me submitting a second return that affected the first return. They had to start over with the return and the whole time they were being nice about it and telling me that it’s okay. Jenna was the main employee who helped me and she was so sweet and handled it well. I can’t remember the other girls name who assisted her, but I believe she was maybe a supervisor for the cashiers.
