Massage Envy offers a pleasant experience, with a clean facility and friendly front desk staff, though some customers have reported mixed experiences with the massage therapists. Cindy, a skilled and experienced therapist, is highly recommended by one long-term customer. However, another customer had a less satisfactory encounter with a therapist named Rose, who seemed disinterested and did not provide the requested level of pressure. The price is described as great, and the massage services are generally considered worth the cost, as they can provide relief for a few days after the session. Overall, Massage Envy appears to offer a range of wellness services, with the quality of the experience depending on the individual therapist.
