Hairstylist, Teena, was so sweet and she knew exactly what I wanted.I got a shampoo and haircut.My haircut came out AMAZING!!!She did such a great job from consultation to end result. She was so reassuring, welcoming, and friendly.I hope to have her cut my hair again when I need it?
Forgot to post but I believe the man Cristian checking out was wonderful but the (seems like) manager ignored me and when other other lady’s were right by me she asked them if they needed help not talking to me) but in my direction. I’ll probably keep going to other locations /aug7.
This is far the worst Ulta location in San Antonio. The entire evening team on 8/7/23 are very rude, and have the ugliest customer service skills. I will never shop here again. Management needs to train their team to welcome in their customers, if you see a customer, ask them if they need any help finding anything. No smiles, bad attitudes and can’t thank them for coming in, just awful.
