I started going here and I absolutely love Charlie. He has given me the best hair cuts of my life!! I have really thick hair that nobody seems to know how to cut but he does! I’m a flight attendant and I will definitely be flying in for my haircuts :)

I've had really bad experiences here before. Customer service by phone was not great when I would call in to schedule appointments. Then the stylist messed up my hair and didn't color it the way I wanted. I have dark hair and when I confronted her about the color she stated well I didn't use bleach. Why wouldn't you ?? So I really didn't want to go here again but it was the only place I could get an appointment so i decided to give it another shot. After showing the stylist a picture of what I wanted she knew exactly what to do. She walked me through the entire process as she was cutting my hair. We love Jane. She is the only person I have allowed to cut my hair for 6 years and now she cuts my daughters as well. She is very tallented and professional and actually listens to what her clients want. She is the best!
