About Trinity Family Medicine Clinic

Based on the reviews, Trinity Family Medicine Clinic is a great place. Dr. Velazquez is great and listened to all concerns. He and his staff are kind and compassionate. Dr. Velazquez takes his time to give total personal attention and makes sure patients understand the diagnosis and treatment. Staff are wonderful and professional. A gentleman named Oliver was very helpful over the phone and answered all questions. The clinic has a pharmacy right across the hall. Patients have been coming here for 6 years plus and have always liked the doctor and staff.

Been coming here for 6 years plus and although there a few hiccups from time to time (thanks insurance and the US medical system) I have always liked Dr V and his staff! A friend recommended and I haven’t changed since. I also love the pharmacy right across the hall. It’s a win-win to me!!

I was treated very good . Doctor Velazqez was recommended by my Sister She speaks very highly of him, SHE says to me she will not leave her doctor. Now l come to find out She is absolutely Right.

I have been trying for weeks to find a new clinic and Alex (Alejandra) was so helpful and kind and I appreciated the service she provided helping me get everything in order with our insurance as new patients. We are looking forward to our upcoming appointment.
