South Texas Family Medicine and Urgent Care Center provides prompt, diligent, and great care. The facility is clean and welcoming. Patients praise Dr. Kyle Burditt and the office staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and quick responsiveness to needs and concerns. The practice has helped patients with a variety of needs, from treating cuts to performing physicals. The knowledgeable staff sets reasonable goals for illness treatment and management.
I was looking for a new PCP and South Texas Family Medicine was recommended.
Everyone was very nice and very professional!
The PA (Imogene) was very thorough and actually listened -asked lots of questions.
A very small observation:
I like that the PA had her name on her scrub top. Perhaps the ladies at the front desk could also get name tags - just a thought.
I immediately felt a boost in energy, improved focus, and an overall sense of wellness after my NAD+ shot with Mindy. It really helped me feel more refreshed and less sluggish throughout the day. The process was quick and seamless. Thanks to Stephanie as well for booking my appointment so quickly!

Came back to this clinic for another health issue (it's not life-threatening, it's a rash that's getting worse but why god why😭) but at least I know I can have access to a great medical team here. I had to get a shot, which - I am usually really nervous about needles - but the nurse asked if I wanted to have family in the room first, and also she did it so quickly that I didn't have time to panic, which was great. Thank you, this clinic will be my only go-to from now.
