I have been using Terminix for several years. They have been fantastic about coming out whenever I need them, as well as checking in regularly to spray and check on my termite bait stations. However, this year I recieved such fantastic service at my annual bait station check up that I needed to post a review. I had Shane Reeves come out for the check up, and he was incredible. He went the extra mile to check every single bait station throughly, and I have a large property. He came out for the scheduled 2 hours, but was unable to get to all of the bait stations. So he let me know that he would come out again the next week, which he attempted to do until flash flood prevented...read full review
Took the time to explain and share the process of the service. Answer questions that asked him about the pest control. Very informative. Terminix has a very good, very experienced technician. He left me with a big smile and very satisfied customer. Thank you Michael
Perla is great! I like someone detail oriented. I don’t have to point anything out because it’s already been accomplished! I just feel like we are in good hands and do appreciate that!
