They're very uptight about setting appointments meaning you can't usually just "walk in" like their "walk ins welcome" advertising says. Extremely inconvenient for people who don't bother to do the appointment thing!!! Extremely annoyed with this! Now I gotta wait!!!

Deven did my haircut and I’m not sure if it’s completely her fault, there was 5 appointments made at the same time and I can tell she was over it. I asked for my hair to be in 2 layers and it was done horribly. My hair is so choppy, the layers are extremely noticeable, and I will not be coming backService: Haircut

Great service. Reserved a time online, only had to wait about 2 minutes after arriving. Very friendly staff. Shout-out to Marie. She took her time, she was very friendly and professional. ?
