The owner was very professional and quick to response to my call. I had a leak, called and spoke with Henry (owner), he came out next day, gave me an estimate for work on the spot . Scheduled the work for the following afternoon. His crew came out on time, repaired the leak and any damage it had caused quickly. Pablo and crew did an excellent job on the repair, cleaned up everything before they left. Price and workmanship of this company is awesome. Would definitely highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!
I want to give a shout out to shield roofing. I got referred to them by one of our neighbors after I told him that Insurance was basically trying to deny our claim. After multiple tries, I wasn't having any luck with insurance, I thought we were going to be stuck with the almost 20-year-old roof with hail damage, so I talked with them and they were confident that they could get the job done. They handled everything start to finish from fighting with Insurance and getting our roof completely replaced to getting our solar panels taken down and put back up. Henry was incredible. He took care of the whole insurance process and did an excellent job installing our new roof. They also cleaned afterward as if they were never there! I definitely recommend Shield Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement in the San Antonio era.
