The service is very helpful for projects and remodeling, with responsible pricing. They provide quick service and communication, and are very reasonable. Sam made a house a safe home by installing safety locks for windows and doors. Repair services were used countless times for electrical, roof repairs, window replacements, awning work, toilet replacement, plumbing, and deck work. Sam Construction even came on a holiday for a water leak. Their manner is professional, and their work is reliable. They are very neat during repair and clean up afterwards. They are excellent in keeping appointments. Great customer service, fair pricing for quality work, and highly recommended for future home renovation projects. Five stars.

Awhile ago had issues with locks in my house, windows and doors, specially that my little kiddo likes to be running outside all the time it was scary for me, Sam made my house a safe home, he install safety locks for my windows and doors. Thank you for all you do, I highly recommend him.
I have had repair service with Sam Construction countless times. Each time I've called, Sam Construction finds a way to quickly assist with needed repairs.
