I appreciate Road Runner responding as fast as they did. Michael was honest about the pressure valve fix and offered his expertise. He was quick to diagnose what the problem was and what his best solution would be. He repaired the problem quickly and took care of a problem that had been there for years. Highly recommend!
We needed a plumber on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to find Roadrunner available 24/7. It was also a surprise that no extra charge for weekend. Mike and his assistant (regrettably, don’t remember name). They were awesome. They fixed our plumbing issue quickly. We have had a problem with this one toilet since building home 7 years ago. Found the line had a sharp bend which slowed the flow. They provided great insight into a pressure type toilet. We ordered the toilet from Roadrunner and they installed it two days later. Paul did a wonderful job tuning up my A/C system. He found several to-be-failing issues and explained how they can be fixed. He also flushed the condensation drain line and patched some loose duck tapes which would loose cold air in the attic before reaching the living area.
