I got my pregnant wife the in-home prenatal massage and afterwards she said she felt absolutely amazing! Rachel helped relieve some of my wifes lower back pain and abdominal pain. Thank you so much, Rachel! Would recommend and will rebook in the near future!

Such a wonderful experience with Rachel! A very genuine and compassionate gal who is devoted to her pregnant clients. She easily put my anxieties as ease and made me feel welcome and very comfortable even before the massage began.
I've had routine massages prior to pregnancy, but was struggling to find a prenatal massage therapist that was not afraid to apply the pressure I need to ease my tense muscles. The pillows they use to support the belly and the body at Mama Bear are incredibly comfortable, much more than a side lying position with a basic support pillow which is used at other facilities.
