I have came to this salon about 3 times, I recently took my daughter to get her hair done for her 7th birthday party. I showed them a picture of what she wanted, they made it as best as the picture, my daughter loved her hair and have no complaints.

I had my hair cut and colored at the Southpark Mall location about a week ago. It could have been a disaster because the stylist I was scheduled with was not only double booked, she was half an hour late. Luckily I had the whole day to myself and wanted to take my time with the consultation. Jane checked me in and offered to work me in between her clients. She was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions based on her experience with my hair type and just made me feel comfortable and confident in a great outcome. Got my hair done with Blanca and she did not do it the way I wanted. Didnt even look like she did anything to my hair. Was overcharged big time! The manager rebecca had to fix the other stylist mistake n I was very satisfied how she was able to help me.
