It is no longer U.S based support, the support itself has gone downhill. Overall extremely disappointed in the quality and the service. They used to be amazing, but apparently their best years are behind them now.

Absolutely don't sign up with them. I had rack space email services for over 5 years. I decided to close my business and cancel service. They have a complex process to cancel which is against the law in California. I've tried calling in 3 times to do a simple cancel. Now I'm dealing with collections for a $72 debt.

I repeat do not sign up for their service!

They overcharge my account by a substantial amount and do not want to refund me even though I do not have 18 emails. I literally only have 5. I will be contact my attorney to get this refunded to me.
