They overcharge my account by a substantial amount and do not want to refund me even though I do not have 18 emails. I literally only have 5. I will be contact my attorney to get this refunded to me.
2 stars at best. after years of being an email customer, their service and reliability has gone down the drain. we had to change providers and then the cancellation process has further confirmed my decision to leave this struggling company, where service and support is failing and now to get the credit they owe us is like pulling teeth. it shouldnt be this hard to work with a tech company. beware!!
Locked out of my control panel and email. Disconnected after a 30-minute call with no call back — 20 minutes to reach a rep, then another 10 minutes on hold. Can’t wait to change email providers.
