They did a great job at the pedicure. However, the chairs are very uncomfortable to sit in for so long. No massage is provided for back or legs. They did provide a scrub on the lower leg and a hot towel, but no paraffin offered. They did massage in lotion briefly.
Very friendly nail techs and great vibes all around. The art on the wall was super cute too. My only reason for the 4-star only is the gel polish came off one of my toes after only 2 days. For $65 not including tip, I was really hoping they would last at least 2 weeks.
It’s possible the gel polish went bad or something, I can’t recall the brand but the color is Ferrari red. Possibly avoid that color if getting nails done around June 2025 in case that’s the issue.
One toe won’t dissuade me from giving it another shot, though! The other nine toes are holding strong. These women were so incredibly nice.
As a single mother of 2 teenagers, my experience with this salon has been nothing but refreshing compared to other jobs I've taken. There very family oriented and are completely flexible when it comes to any family emergency that might occur.The manager is very perceptive in family matters and will work with employees to fixate schedule that will work best for the employee.The owners are incredibly caring and constantly ask the employees in ways to better the work environment for everyone. I'm blessed to be part of Prose Family
