There is a lot we like about our new floors. However, promptness in arriving and following up is not at their core. This was a recurring issue over 4 weeks. I have called them to come fix some areas that were missed. I texted them as well. I spoke to the owner to address it. I then texted to follow up. We have not heard from the owner. I explained that we have furniture being delivered and that we want them to come finish up. It's maybe an hour of work.
