Customers used PlumbSmart for the first time when a water leak appeared in a master bath ceiling. The technicians found the leak without demolishing walls or floors and made the repairs. Customers were pleased with the results and highly recommend PlumbSmart for anybody’s plumbing needs. Costs are reasonable and work is excellent.

The team explained everything and weren’t pushy trying to upsell. They gave an upfront estimate. When installing a new water heater per CPS direction, they resolved all other issues, were timely answering questions, and worked around schedules. One technician was awesome and friendly, going above and beyond. Customers were happy with the professional and informative service, and the crew cleaned up very well. A water heater flush was only $49.

A sewer scope on a duplex was attempted promptly, but the technician couldn’t perform it due to property issues. Communication was excellent, and he didn’t charge for the visit. They seem extremely professional and knowledgeable. Customers will surely call again.
