“In my early 60's, after 2 major surgeries in a year and being non- ambulatory for 4 months I had no energy and hurt when I moved. Hurting during exercise did not help my situation. Physical therapy at HealthLink-Camp Bullis has given me a newfound energy. Only after 3 weeks, these good folks have showed me how to move and exercise without pain so as not to hurt myself further. I feel motivated, energized and I can move and exercise without pain. If have found that moving without hurting is conducive to losing the weight I gained after the surgeries. I highly recommend them. Karen and her staff are very good at their job. Continuing the exercises they teach you is important so as not to lose the progress you made in the sessions. I highly recommend them.“
