10/10 experience today with my first day at Oasis Cryo and Health Spa. As someone who has done cryotherapy for years due to a spinal fusion surgery, I was very impressed with this experience. First, Colin was knowledgeable in explaining all of the services they offer and took time to understand my health history and why I was coming in today. Second, their cryotherapy tank is by far the best I’ve ever tried (even on the lowest setting I felt deeper benefits and what felt like a way colder core temperature). So many times the cryotherapy and the sauna combo they call Fire and Ice has helped my injuries - it has helped sports related- gym related- pregnancy weight related injuries- allll of them and always within 24 hours of completing the Fire and Ice combo! im SO grateful Oasis Cryo exists and that Collin there has so much insight to anything I am dealing with! He’s amazing, his family is amazing, I have a 100/100 experience every single and that that’s why I tell everyone who’s battling any muscle or pain Injuries to come here and why I continue to come back! This place is AMAZING.
I was skeptical of cryotherapy, but Colin eased my doubts and I am so glad I decided to try it out. As someone who does ice baths / cold showers, cryo was exactly the thing I was looking for. Will definitely be returning!
Also - Lucky, the sweet black lab, was the cherry on top to an awesome experience!
