Neptune Society is awesome to work with! They took care of everything in a professional manor. They worked directly with the insurance company for the prepaid policy for our father. When our mother passed recently we brought them in again and received the same professional level of care. Their entire staff are wonderful.
Neptune surpassed my expectations for services they offer. I was happy that their pricing was clear and reasonable. My family will have one less step to worry about when my time comes. I recommend Neptune to anyone considering cremation.
My husband and I purchased policies about 5 years ago. When my husband passed away, Neptune Society stepped up and did it all. The day I was to pick up my husband's ashes, traffic was so bad I was 2 hours late. I called them and they were more concerned for my safety than my being late. Alejandro Estrada was top notch, answered all of my questions, helped me carry everything out to the car and carefully buckled my husbands ashes in the back seat. I am so glad we made the decision we did 5 years ago.
