If you have not thought about a pre-arranged plan please consider. I am a nurse and people often don’t talk about end of life decisions and their wishes. Cremation is exactly what my husband and I wanted after the positive e with his parents. They too had a plan with Neptune. The representative reviewed the extremely transparent plan & because death is often unexpected and can occur out of the country we got the travel insurance. Which covers getting us back for cremation- a potentially logistical nightmare for loved ones!
While no one wants to go through the loss of a loved one, as a family we cannot say enough good things about Alex Estrada and Rachel at this location. From the moment I called the office to let them know of my stepmom’s passing, Alex shared his condolences and helped walk us through all of the next steps. He met with us on more than one occasion and the compassion he exhibited throughout is so appreciated. We received updates from him on his days off and our questions were answered with respect and professionalism. His job has to be a difficult one and it is not lost on us how vital his presence is with the Neptune Society.
