Saree always does an AMAZING job on my hair! She sets realistic expectations and asks all the questions that i may not think to consider. Not only is she great at what she does, she has a big heart and makes your experience personal and comfortable. I never feel overwhelmed and she answers all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them.
I occupy a suite here at Salon Suites, Alamo Heights. I had to relocate after 39 years at my prior location. I was blessed to have found Salon Suites after a short notice that my lease would not be renewed. My transition was bittersweet but overall its been great thanks to Shanelle. The building had a plumbing issue a couple weeks ago. I was notified immediately and was asked to temporarily select another suite, any suite and they offered to help with the move. Love this location! The suites are clean, modern, and in a great area, and the biggest reason to choose My Salon Suite is Shanelle. She makes everything easy, communicates clearly, and goes out of her way to ensure tenants feel supported and set up for success.
