I like how friendly we are greeted when we come in the dental office , & very little wait time too! Then when you're in the chair, its not uncomfortable no matter what the visit is for. Highly recommend Dr. Irvin & his team!!!

Let’s differentiate front office from dentists and technicians. The administrative end has good days and bad. Monarch’s systems seem to want a patient to verify their appointment by phone, e-mail, and text, when one method should suffice. Wait times can we anything from taking a patient back almost immediately to a 30-45 minute wait. The hygienists are generally very competent, but don’t get comfortable with one; I’ve seen four different ones in the last four visits. The dentists are excellent. The new mantra in the profession, however, appears to be to give a play-by-play of every movement of a given examination or procedure. My preference? Get on with it. I’ll let you know if anything hurts. Finally, while pricing is clearly explained, anything but routine procedures are out of control (expensive). This is probably not unique to Monarch. And sometimes I feel like Monarch is trying to “up-sell” me; e.g., extra treatments. Be a consumer. Don’t buy what they cannot clearly explain and justify. I’ve used Monarch for twenty-five years. On balance, I’m happy with them.

I was so pleased with my visit to Monarch Dental last week. They were quick and gentle with each and every procedure I had done. I will continue to go back as long as I have teeth. Thank you Debbie and Dr. Irvin. Your staff is professional and very friendly.
